We Are a Grieving Group of People

Let’s Get Out of This Goddamn Maze

We are looking for a way out together in the labyrinth called life. We all learn from the sources we are interested in and share it with each other by writing articles on medium. We are ordinary people with similar problems and sorrows. We help each other through our well-intentioned efforts. By working hard and working hard, we will all get out of this goddamn maze together.

Writing on Medium and reading other people’s posts is great. While we write our own writings and record the events we experience in certain periods of our lives, we learn to look at the events from different perspectives by reading the writings of others.

We all have our own interests. When choosing the keywords for these areas of interest while choosing the articles we want to read, we can see the articles recommended to us on our home screen.

Myself, I like to read articles about life, personal development, spirituality, and the business world. I think I instinctively write about these topics myself.

I am of the opinion that there is an intense interest in life, success, and personal development. I read more carefully the articles and comments on these topics as they are of my interest.

After most of the articles I read on Medium, I realized that something in our lives, especially myself, is not going the way we want. And these things that don’t go well are more or less common issues for people of a certain age group. Articles about private and family life, business life, and what needs to be done to achieve the ideal life and achieve their dreams. And this audience puts forward the solutions to these issues by writing articles and reading the articles.

When we think that our own solutions to the most important issues in our lives are not enough, we want to learn about the different paths others follow by reading the articles about how we can overcome the crises we experience. We are looking for formulas to apply the experiences gained from real-life stories of people like us, who have similar problems to ours, to our own lives.

Here, a lot of people share their troubles and share the solutions they find in their own way in order to inspire others. This is a very valuable and real treasure. Since we will not have the time and money to go to psychologists every day, I think we can learn a lot from here.

When I read articles and comments like this, I imagine that we are in a maze with a group that I think has almost the same problems and goals in my head and we are looking for the exit together.

A group of well-intentioned “sorrowful people” who do not know each other, have almost the same problems, and seek a solution together.

These Sad People Are Looking for a Solution Together

Before I started writing here, I’m sure there were a lot of self-help books that we’ve all read. We have read the biographies of many names we take as role models. We have listened to the opinions of people we love and whose opinions we value. We have watched a lot of motivational videos on youtube. We have read many books about success stories.

With the information we obtained from these sources, we all believe that the solution they found is the map that will lead us to the way out.

As someone who has done all the research I wrote above and has an exit map of his own, I realized that there are only two things that can get us out of this labyrinth we are stuck in.

  • Work
  • Continuity (Continuing to do something for our goals every day, even if it is small)

I think that’s the gist of the whole thing.

Notes to Myself

I’m writing this post in a mood trying to recover from a bad week right now, on a Saturday with great weather outside, and patiently trying to answer my wonderful son who comes up to me every five minutes and asks me questions.

My son is only 8 years old and he loves animals. If it were up to him, he would like to have at least one of all kinds of animals in his house, just like Noah’s ark. Since we live in an apartment, she dreams of living in a house with a garden one day since we taught her that the most suitable environment for us to do this is only in a house with a garden. And he often talks about what to do with his animals when he has a house with a garden like that.

We all have our own dreams. I don’t know what will happen in the future. I don’t know if I will reach my goals or not. But as of now, there are two things I know.

  1. My son wants a house with a garden.
  2. I want to buy this garden house for him before he gets too big.

I think;

Whatever we do, whichever way we try to find a way out, we all know very well what we have to do. Let’s work hard and work every day to get out of this damn labyrinth while we continue to motivate ourselves by listening to such articles after a while.

P.S. I would love to know your perspective on life. I would like to state that I value your comments very much to benefit from the experiences of people outside of my own life. I believe that sometimes it is more memorable to learn from real people rather than from books.

Thank you.
